i write letters to someone… and some to no-one.
i live in a little house with a little garden – in sydney, australia. i like music, words and pictures. storms are nice. love is better. the smell of chlorine and fireplaces make me happy. cups of tea help most situations. i cut my own hair. i use lip balm, a little too much. i work for a non-profit, writing words for their website, publications and stuff. about people living in poverty, and about how we can help them. about how we should. i see faith and justice as hand in hand. wall-to-wall bookcases make me smile. i like stories. and films. when i get married, i want to read the bible with my husband in bed at night. i want to travel. i want adventures. skinny jeans and scarves are rad. dancing is fun. i like it when people are impromptu. and when they’re creative. new experiences are nice. i can’t drive manual and my voice can be loud. i once had a school bag that was shaped like a frog. my father lives in nyc. a huge spider just walked out of my pantry – it was a huntsman. i love it when there are parts in songs you want to play over and over and over again. when i was little, my mother asked me to go to the greengrocers up the street to buy a bunch of shallots. i was so nervous i refused. i’m braver now. jesus saved my life. (i’m grateful.)

It’s good to see you still have a healthy distaste for capitalising sentances.
I like the blog concept and your edgy little letters that make it up. Very revealing in parts. I shall stay tuned!

As a person, you are so funny, so smart, so thoughtful and so beautiful.
…these blogs are exactly that.
I wish I had your words so that I could properly express how incredible I think you are.
